Kirby Partners Seeking CIO for Owensboro Health

Owensboro Health has retained Kirby Partners to fill its Chief Information Officer position.  The CIO will serve as the senior IT leader and advisor for the health system and be an active and contributing member of the executive leadership team.  The ideal candidate will be an accomplished IT executive with a history of strong, innovative leadership and a demonstrated track record in planning and executing in a complex, multi-facility system.

Owensboro Health is a not-for-profit health system that serves the needs of twelve counties in Western Kentucky and two counties in Southern Indiana with eight facilities. The health system has over 4,000 employees, 612 licensed beds and oversees almost 30,000 surgical procedures annually.

The position is based in Owensboro, Kentucky which is located on the southern banks of the Ohio River.  Owensboro has a beautiful waterfront where nearly 800 events are held annually.  Affordable cost of living, good schools, and a strong community make Owensboro a great place to live.
