Partner Health retains Kirby Partners for national senior director executive search

We have begun recruiting for a national Senior Director executive search at Partners Health Management. The Senior Director of Enterprise Data Analytics and Informatics search is being led by Bryan Kirby.

Partners Health Management, a managed care organization, has doubled in size over the last year. The organization contracted with the state of North Carolina to provide mental and physical health services to the residents of seven counties in North Carolina. 

Partners Health needs a national Senior Director executive search to find qualified candidates for their new role that will harness the power of data to improve patient care and fulfill reporting requirements.  

The Senior Director will report to the CIO and work collaboratively with PHM’s leadership team to provide operational data and metrics access. 

This position is a senior-level role responsible for driving analytics, informatics, visualization, and data automation into all aspects of the organization. 

Executive Search Details

Successful candidates for this position will need a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.

We are screening candidates that also have experience ramping up analytics programs and expertise in selecting context-appropriate modeling, analysis, and reporting techniques.

The Senior Director will need to communicate complex analytical concepts confidently to non-technical audiences effectively.

Relocation is not required for this position, however, an on-site presence for monthly leadership meetings in Gastonia, North Carolina is required. Partners Health Management will cover travel expenses.
