With more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, Cynthia has built strong C-suite relationships through her work managing executive engagement and retention at the Scottsdale Institute, a healthcare IT think tank. Her background includes developing strategic programming for CIOs, clinical informatics leaders, CISOs, and other executives, as well as collaborating on research and executive recruitment projects for Fortune 100 companies. This background equips her with unique perspective on what drives executive success in healthcare and how organizations can create the conditions for strong leadership impact.

Outside of work, she enjoys trying new recipes, redesigning spaces to reflect function and personal style, and training her spirited dog, Bella.
