Judy Kirby

Coupling the need to get her money’s worth out of a degree in psychology with a love of talking to people, Judy became an executive recruiter after years of social work.

Judy has been CEO of Kirby Partners since 1994 and is a member of The Pinnacle Society (a consortium of the Top 75 North American industry leading recruiters).

Judy has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wilson College. Outside work, her interests include scuba diving and international travel; she has visited all seven continents and 80 countries.
