The Senior Vice President of Consulting and Innovation (SVP) position at Divurgent is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, consulting services firm. As the top delivery leader, this high-profile position manages and curates Divurgent’s solutions and oversees client delivery. The Senior Vice President of Consulting and Innovation provides leadership and oversight to six principals who lead the major delivery areas, from security to implementation to data and analytics. This position delivers high-value outcomes to clients by overseeing engagements which include everything from advisory engagements to large go-lives. While managing the service lines, the Senior Vice President helps drive the methodology of the teams, including setting priorities. Dirvurgent's corporate headquarters are located in Virginia Beach, VA. The SVP will work remotely.Qualifications
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 10+ years of experience in electronic health record planning and implementation processes focusing on workflow, job roles, training, and change management/adoption
- Proven experience managing a high-performance team
- Master’s Degree
