President Position Highlights
The President will set the organization’s strategic direction and oversee all business activities to achieve increased profitability while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Implementing sales strategy, participating actively in the sales process and keeping close relationships with the top management of major customers; Identifying and recommending short, medium and long-term business strategies, including acquisition strategies; Developing the current portfolio of services and expanding penetration within the current client base; Promoting organizational culture and company policies inside the teams; Preparing and executing company plans and budgets; Developing and maintaining company and group knowledge; Developing business and competitive intelligence within the team; Maintaining and developing an organizational culture, values and strong reputation with the staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory / official bodies; Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and implement action plans when necessary; organize regular reviews to ensure the completion of the customer agreements.
