Senior Director Job Overview:

With an organizational culture that values the importance of relationship building, employee engagement, innovation, and teamwork SLUHN is seeking an HR technology leader to partner with HR, IT and Operations Leaders to optimize programs and develop initiatives to leverage the use of Workday, Cornerstone Learning Management, and other HR related systems for the Network.

The Senior Director, HCMS & Systems is a replacement position which will oversee the Workday Human Capital Management System (HCMS), instructional design, and related customer service team at an executive
level.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in both high-functioning HR operations/strategy and the advanced technology that supports it. SLUHN is rapidly growing by both acquisition and new construction; the Senior Network Director will be responsible for meeting the future growth of the organization and workforce.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in HR systems and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge base of HCMS technologies
  • Strong senior leadership experience
  • Experience with project oversight and strategy development
  • Collaborative, team player, flexible, & innovative
  • Workday experience preferred
